The standard PolymMIXER SMN Mixing Nozzle contains eight (8) mixing elements as shown in the image above. The outside diameter and faces of the mixing elements are machined, made of high strength 17-4 PH stainless steel and are of monolithic cast construction with all mixing fingers integrally cast to each other and to the body ring resulting in no unsupported mixing finger bars that can break off. Adjacent SMN Mixing Elements are oriented 90° relative to each other. The Slot and Pin arrangement on the ring outside diameter assures adjacent mixing elements are correctly oriented 90° relative to each other and allows for easy disassembly with all internal parts visible for inspection. Adjacent SMN Mixing Elements are oriented 90° relative to each other. Individual mixing elements can be separated and inspected from both sides.
